Confirm that any statutory limitation period applicable to this Request for Review runs
from the date the worker was actually notified of the decision (March 23, 2026), and
not from the internally recorded effective date (March 20, 2026);

Set aside the Clinical Opinion as an unreliable basis for the decision under review, in
light of the alteration of dated source material identified in Part II.B; and

Direct an inquiry into whether the employer (BCRTC) had any communication with
WorkSafeBC regarding the status or outcome of this claim prior to the worker's
notification on March 23, 2026, and account for the three-day gap between the
recorded decision date and that notification.
