to indicate that the information is forthcoming, or that would justify your course of conduct.

In short, it you have failed to provide us with information which you are required to provide, have
failed to justify your absence and have rendered termination of your employment for just cause
appropriate in the circumstances. Alternatively, the preceding facts establish to us that you have
abandoned your employment.
Any final pay or vacation owing to you will be paid in accordance with our legal obligations. Your
Record of Employment will be issued in due course. Any and all benefits to which you may have
been entitled as an employee of BCRTC cease with immediate effect. If you wish to convert any
of those benefit plans to individual plans, you should contact the benefits provider immediately,
as such conversion options are typically subject to strict time limits. The benefits provider’s
