2. Acknowledgement Letter: The formal acknowledgement of my request dated March 25, 2026 ("2026-

3. Public Body Response Letter: The final response letter from WorkSafeBC dated May 4, 2026 ("2026-
0484 Response 1+Ext Ltr_3.PDF"), which details the redactions and cites the specific FIPPA sections | am
formally challenging.

These documents provide a clear chronological record of the FOI request and the subsequent administrative
refusal to release the requested factual material.
