To: Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia From: Mark Holand Date: May 19, 2026 Subject: Request for Review — WorkSafeBC FOI File WCB-2026-0484 To the Adjudicator, | am writing to formally request a review of a Freedom of Information decision made by WorkSafeBC regarding File WCB- 2026-0484. On May 4, 2026, WorkSafeBC issued a response to my request for internal communications regarding my claim (#42647461). In this release, heavy redactions were applied to pages 24, 25, 30, 31, 32, and 34. On May 19, 2026, | contacted the Access to Information & Privacy Officer, Lora Chu, providing objective evidence that these redactions were shielding the active alteration of a medical timeline. WorkSafeBC responded the same day, refusing to lift the redactions. Grounds for Review: | assert that WorkSafeBC is misapplying FIPPA exemptions to withhold factual material and to conceal a professional conduct violation by a WorkSafeBC Advisor (Flora Pang). https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ik=7 1cd554d90&view=pt&search=all&permthid=thread-f: 1866473152914 189205&simpl=msg-f: 18664731529141892...
