This was previously advised to him but he has yet to follow through with this. - Counselled on jaw muscle relaxation techniques, including massage, heat application, and avoiding gum chewing. - | will organize MRI scan of IAC in order to rule out inner ear pathology. - Given ne patient's significant struggles with sleep quality and wish for further investigation | will refer him for a Level One sleep test at Surrey sleep lab.
