5. Active Suppression of Evidence in Testing

This permit evasion allowed BCRTC to operate non-compliant, high-voltage equipment in a
human-occupied space, resulting in a documented workplace injury (Acoustic Trauma
resulting from an unmitigated 328 Hz tone). When testing was finally conducted, it was ina
staged environment that hid these unpermitted conditions.
