RE: _ Server Room Noise Exposure Assessment
As per your request, Arcose Consulting Ltd. (Arcose) is pleased to submit this proposal to
conduct a noise exposure assessment inside the Server Room at BCRTC's center located

It is our understanding that this assessment is in response to recent noise concerns raised
by a worker regarding their workspace.

1.0 SCOPE OF WORK

Based on our understanding of the project requirements for this assessment, the following
scope of work is proposed:

e Conduct spot measurements inside the server room using a Type 2 Sound
Level Meter, as per Part 7.3 of the British Columbia Occupational Health
and Safety Regulations (BC OHSR).

* Conduct noise dosimetry to evaluate the worker's exposure to noise levels
during a standard work shift.

e Prepare a noise survey map and a written report detailing our findings and
recommendations.

e Exhibit E (Internal Email - March 4, 2026): In a follow-up email organizing the site
