History of Present Illness
47M presenting w/ otalgia.

Was moved to an office setting about 1 month ago in front of a large bank of servers that
hummed. He said he knows he has been sensitive to low level noises before and had onset of
otalgia particularly on the L ear. He has been seen by several physicians since who have
confirmed the external canal and TM itself look unremarkable. He had an audiology
assessment which showed normal hearing however he notes he has these yearly for work and
his L ear is hearing 8db less than previous years.

States work has told him the level is safe but unfortunately continues to be quite symptomatic.

Physical Exam
Appears well. L TM is unremarkable.
