Hello Ron,

Austen requested a spot sampling for OMC1 Control Room today, this was done at 2:00 PM on Jan
26, 2026.

Please see the results we got:
1. Workstations: average around 56-58 dBA
2. Ambient Working Environment: average around 50-70dBA
@ 50 dBA when the room was silent (no communication happening)
@ Peak at 70dBA when there are communication happening through the speakers
3. Server rack behind workstation: average around 62-65 dBA

Similarly, all these values were below the occupational exposure limit of 85 dBA - TWA (8-hours),
although we did not measure for 8 hours, we are assuming the noise does not fluctuate much.
