1. Cardiac assessment

- Normal Holter rnonitor results - no abnormalities detected.
- Will continue to monitor symptoms.

2. Gastritis/GORD

- Currently well-controlled on pantoprazole.

- Advised to discontinue pantoprazole after one month trial and monitor for symptom recurrence.

- Lifestyle modifications advised: avoid alcohol, hot drinks (especially coffee), late night eating, eating within two hours of
bedtime, fizzy drinks, and citrus fruits.

- Booked for endoscopy in August

- Advised regarding magnesium supplements as preventative measure
