Thanks for taking the time to speak with me. Please find my inspection report attached. Note there are no
orders, but | am requesting two documents (or one if they are combined):

1.) Investigation regarding noise in the OCM1 training room

2.) Noise measurement data from the OCM1 training room (including device type)

The Occupational Health & Safety Regulation requires that one copy of the attached inspection report
remain posted in a conspicuous place at or near the operation inspected for at least seven days, or until
compliance has been achieved, whichever is the longer period.
