Iv. CONCLUSION

The WorkSafeBC investigation is a misrepresentation of the facts. It ignores calibrated spectral data, disregards
a lack of municipal permitting, and accepts data from an improperly assembled server rack. | request that the
Arcose report and the investigator's summary be set aside in favor of a secondary review that accounts for the
documented engineering failures and the honors-level academic performance | maintained until the moment of

injury.
