Ill. DISCREPANCY TABLE: THE SUPPRESSION OF EVIDENCE

The following table highlights the critical gaps between the investigator's report and the forensic evidence |
provided in my Acoustic Trauma Brief and WorkSafeBC Submission.

Investigator's Claim / Omission | Forensic Reality (Mark

Omission of Trauma Brief: The
report contains zero quotes or
data from my 10-hour forensic
submission.

Claim of "Subjective
Distraction": Characterizes the
injury as a comfort issue.

Failure to Address Asymmetry:

No mention of left vs. right ear
pressure.

Holand Evidence)

Trauma Brief (Page 3)
identifies a massive energy
spike at a 328Hz "Laser"
harmonic.

TTTS is an objective,
involuntary contraction of
middle-ear muscles in
response to Acoustic
Pressure.

Trauma Brief (Page 3)
documents a 70dB "Head
Shadow" gap and window
reflections.

Impact on Investigation=

The investigator ignored the
primary frequency-specific
hazard in favor of broad-band
averages.

Downgrades a clinical
physical trauma to a
psychological preference.

Ignores the binaural
imbalance that is the primary
trigger for TTTS.

Jurisdictional Neglect: Told
worker to "take fire/building code
issues to the City."

Performance Bias: Echoes
employer claim that | "failed to
pass" a written exam.

Exhibit G confirms zero
permits for the installation,
violating NFPA 75/76 and
90A.

Exhibit H confirms an 89.9%
mid-course average and
93.3% quiz average.

Failed to identify that the
workplace was operating
outside of provincial and
municipal law.

Suppressed proof of technical
mastery to frame the injury as
a "performance failure."

Iv. CONCLUSION

The WorkSafeBC investigation is a misrepresentation of the facts. It ignores calibrated spectral data, disregards
a lack of municipal permitting, and accepts data from an improperly assembled server rack. | request that the
Arcose report and the investigator's summary be set aside in favor of a secondary review that accounts for the
documented engineering failures and the honors-level academic performance | maintained until the moment of

injury.
