Comments Dear Mark,

Ms Ariane Janson
Mgr Client Services

WorkSafeBC is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all
employees and service providers. We value open and effective communication
among injured workers, our staff, and service providers; however, this
communication must remain respectful, reasonable, and appropriate at all times.

We have determined that the volume of emails you are sending is excessive.
Please note that we will not be responding to further correspondence, as it creates
an unreasonable administrative burden. These emails will also not be uploaded to
your claim. If you need to add information, please do so through your Worker Portal.

If you disagree with a decision on your claim, please follow the established
appeal process that has already been explained to you.

If you continue to send emails outside of the appropriate process, we may need to
involve Corporate Security to redirect your communications. We request your
cooperation to prevent this from becoming necessary.

Thank you for your attention to this manner.

Thanks,

Ariane Janson (she, her, hers)
