This meeting establishes that Austin Puder, Senior Manager Train Operations, had direct personal knowledge of my injury before BCRTC commissioned the Arcose noise survey, before the employer's internal investigation report was prepared, and before the adverse employment action of March 13, 2026. This statement is submitted in response to the employer's characterization of my injury as a ‘subjective distraction’ in their investigation report, and to formally document the employer's failure to disclose my injury to their noise consultant. Immediate difficulty understanding instruction due to noise. « January 19: First symptoms — persistent headaches, sleep disruption, decreased effectiveness of migraine management program. « January 22: Filed MyHSE Safety Concern #75625. Formally identified server noise as a hazard. Disclosed personal vulnerability to excessive noise. Explicitly requested servers be moved or relocated.
