Notes:

a. All disbursement not identified above charged at cost +10%.

b. Allrates exclude GST.

c. All rates subject to change January 2027.

Cancelations:

i. Work scheduled for Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Failure to cancel 24-hours
before scheduled site visit will result in minimum 4-hour callout and may result in equipment
rental fees.

ii. Work scheduled for weekends and statutory holidays must be cancelled 5 working days prior
to the start of the work. Failure to cancel work will result in the work being invoiced as
scheduled up to 2 working days. All direct costs will also be invoiced as per the rates identified
above. Arcose will attempt to mitigate costs by finding alternate work for employees, where
possible.

f. Consulting fees for work on weekends, statutory holiday, outside of standard work hours (before 6 AM
and after 6 PM), and beyond 8-hours will be billed at a rate of 125% of the rates identified above.
g. Work beyond 12 hours of work in a day, will be billed at 150% of the rates identified above.

h. Arcose will charge mileage based on reasonable per-kilometer allowances as identified by Revenue
Canada and as adjusted from time to time.
