Noise Report - Claim 42647461 Dear Jaylin, | am writing to formally request a copy
of the Arcose Consulting Ltd. Noise Survey (Report R01). Jason Mayo (Manager of
Safety, BCRTC) referenced this report in a recent communication to WorkSafeBC,
claiming it proves no hazardous noise exists. However, this report has not been
shared with me, nor is it available in my WorkSafeBC claim file. It is a violation of
procedural fairness for the employer to submit evidence to WorkSafeBC-and use
that evidence to justify removing me from my training program-without providing

me the opportunity to review and rebut the data. As the claimant, | am requesting:
Immediate disclosure of the full Arcose RO1 report, including all technical appendices
and spectral data. A copy of the "BCRTC Investigation Report" also referenced by
Mr. Mayo. | have already submitted my own forensic spectral analysis showing a
328Hz resonance. | cannot properly address the discrepancies between my data
and the employer's claims until | see their methodology and raw readings. Please
