regarding the January 27, 2026 meeting with Austin Puder, Breanne Douglas, and
union representative Rabjit Bul. This statement documents that Austin Puder had
direct personal knowledge of my workplace ear injury on January 27, 2026 - prior
to the commissioning of the Arcose noise survey - and chose not to disclose that
information to their consultant. It also formally requests activation of interim wage
loss payments. | have received no income since early February 2026. Please confirm
