inclusion in my claim file - | received confirmation today, March 19, 2026, from
Cecilia Cheung P.Eng., Assistant Chief Building Inspector, City of Burnaby, that
the Building Division is actively investigating the unpermitted server installation at
6800 14th Ave (OMC1). This confirms that a municipal authority with engineering
qualifications is now formally investigating the same installation that the Arcose
noise survey treated as a legal, compliant installation. Please ensure this is

noted in my file and available to the medical advisor. Sincerely, Mark Holand
