to formally document my current medical status and the direct impact this claim
process is having on my recovery. It is now 55 days since my acoustic injury at
Workstation 3, OMC1, 6800 14th Ave, Burnaby. | still have ear pain. Daily. The
tinnitus persists. The nocturnal spasms continue. | am on four medications. | have
not returned to work. | have had no income since early February 2026. The stress
of this process is making me worse. Every material omission | have to identify
and document. Every incomplete investigation | have to formally challenge. Every
week without income while adjudication continues. All of it increases my stress
load. Stress directly amplifies tensor tympani spasm. This is not subjective. It is a
