Information requested or

received

TC to W regarding his emails. Writer explained she is only in a position to
adjudicate W’s initial injury of ear issue and MH would be considered a
compensable consequence to be decisioned by a CM if the claim is allowed. Writer
advised she has sent for a clinical opinion using W’s sound testing and comments.
W asked about wage loss payments. Writer advised no wage loss can be entitled
until after a claim decision is made. W accused writer of fishing for a pre-existing
condition in his medical. Writer explained PECs are not a bar to compensation but
provide Board MA’s the opportunity to comment on whether the PEC could have
been aggravated or accelerated by a work injury. W requested to only be
communicated with by email. Writer advised she has sufficient evidence from W
and if more is required she will be sure to reach out to him by email. Writer advised
she does not require further evidence from W at this time. W commented he will
continue to do his daily sleep studies and wants this documented on the claim.
Writer advised this information is not necessary and further email correspondence is
not required, if W wants to continue documenting his sleep he was encouraged to
compile the information privately. W agreed.

W confirmed he would like to speak with writer's manager. Writer agreed to provide
W’s direct line.
