Spoke to the worker, per request. Worker stated that they are in a wage gap right
now and asked if we could do anything. | explained that we can’t pay wage loss
while the claim is pending and that the SA needed the CO to come in for her to be
able to decision the claim. | suggested medical El and the worker said they could try
that.

The worker asked about getting treatment approved before the claim is decisioned
and | stated it was the same thing as the wage loss. Explained the claim cycle and
process. Worker understood and noted they do have a specialist referral appt in
May.
