just following up with you in regards to an email i got this morning from a service
provider we use for sound level testing karen's tang of arcos consulting regarding
case number or instant report number 202618842990 Al just wanted to follow up
because there's a bit of a shocking text in the email that we got second hand and
just want to make sure i had a chance to contact you and discuss the content of that

TC to Jason as per his VM. Jason confirmed AE did not stage the environment for
sound testing and the area has remained altered since W was there. He offered to
get additional testing done. Writer advised this is not necessary and she is just
awaiting a clinical opinion from a medical advisor.
