Thursday 29-Jan Final Investigation Bring in Laptop and USB Condenser mic. Use Audacity to record and
analyse sound.

Thursday 29-Jan Final Exam / 1/2/ Sick Day Right Final Exam. 89% Final Score for classroom portion of
training. Leave at 1pm, due to physical exhaustion, headache, and ear pain. Work on WorkSafeBC unsafe
workplace report until completion at 10pm. Total mental and physical exhaustion

Friday 30-Jan Hearing Test Amplifon Clinic Surrey 203A-15135 101 Ave - V3R 7Z1 Surrey. Hearing found to
be normal. 10db drop in left ear in 8khz range, compared to Sept 2025.

Friday 30-Jan Doctor Visit Dr. Gbogboade Ademiluyi. Recommend start with 1 week off.

Friday 30-Jan 3pm. Royal Columbian Emergency Ear pain and headaches persist and worsen. Declining
mental state. Prescribed Prednisone for ear pain. Suspected noisy environment might have triggered the
migraine, leading to symptoms. No Official Diagnosis.

Sat 31-Jan Treatment Start treating for sensory overload. Follow advice from autistic Youtubers I follow.
Buy noise canceling headphones. Sleep in closet (quietest place in the house.) Ear pain and headaches
persist, plus anxiety, jittery nerves. Sound therapy (listen to music). Relaxing walks with my dog.

Monday 02-Feb Breakdown Irritable, moody, anxiety. Would like to leave house so as not to frighten my
daughter and burden my wife. Consider Emergency again. Decide to wait.

Tuesday 03-Feb Sensory Dep Float. Sensory Dep float. Treatment calms nerves and mood. Still sleeping in
closet

Wed 04-Feb Sleeping Tent Purchase Sleeping Tent to cover bed. Help block light, and muffle some sound.
Purchase weighted blanked. Still not sleeping good. Hard to fall asleep.

Thursday 05-Feb Dr. Check in. Report to doctor mental symptoms. Like something broke in me. Depression,
Anxiety, Loss of Concentration and focus. Continued Ear Pain. Recommend 1 month off, and WCB provide
phycological testing.

Thursday 05-Feb Treatment (Massage) Massage Therapy Treatment focusing on neck and ear muscles.

Friday 06-Feb Treatment (Pool Membership) Go to the pool every day for 1 to 2 hrs to stretch, relax, and
