It was conducted under conditions that do not represent the conditions of my injury, without the clinical documentation that would have changed its scope, using a fraction of the instrument's available capability, by consultants who were not provided the clinical context necessary to select the appropriate methodology, and without addressing the specific concerns | raised in writing six weeks before the survey was conducted. BCRTC had written, timestamped knowledge of my injury, my symptoms, my technical concerns, and my requests for escalation from January 22 onward. That knowledge was not communicated to Arcose. The report Arcose produced reflects the incomplete brief they were given β not the complete clinical picture of what happened to me at Workstation 3. | am requesting that the medical advisor reviewing this claim receive this submission alongside the Arcose report β not the Arcose report in isolation. The evidence is clear. The timeline is documented from day one. | followed every correct process available to me. This injury is real, it is documented, and it was preventable.
