lam wondering if you have some time today as | need to get details to have sound level monitoring
booked for Friday?

lam planning on bringing in Acrose to do fixed sound level meter (SLM) with data logging placed at ear
height at the workstation versus worker dosimetry (putting a portable device on the worker)

e Exactly where this location is
e Who an appropriate Manager / Supervisor might be for that area so | can explain what to expect
e Length of typical shift this person does
e Coordinate all of the above with Acrose
