Subject: RE: [External]Request for sound testing

Hi Terence,
It’s great to meet you!

Thank you for providing the quotes. We’d like to proceed and confirm our appointment for Friday, March
6th. | am still waiting on a few details from the team, and once | have them, I’ll be able to give you a
clearer overview of what to expect.

Given that our concern involves a specific fixed piece of equipment, we believe that using a
fixed-position SLM logger will be the most appropriate method for investigating the workstation noise
complaint. A personal dosimeter may capture unrelated noise exposure from other tasks, whereas a
fixed-location measurement should give us more accurate data specific to the machinery in question.

Either way, we’re very appreciative that you’ll be joining us on Friday. | will follow up as soon as possible
with the remaining details to ensure you have everything you need. I’m currently coordinating with the
on-site team to finalize the arrangements.

Thanks again,

Jason Mayo
