unable to achieve endoscopic hemostasis requiring transfer to IR for
embolization.

2. IR embolization of superior pancreaticoduodenal artery by Dr. Andrew Best
(March 8, 2022), technically challenging procedure due to aberrant celiac
and SMA arterial anatomy but hemostasis was able to be achieved.
