Dear Cecilia Cheung,

| am contacting you as the designated lead in Jason Watt’s absence regarding a high-priority life-safety and
building code violation at 6800 14th Ave (OMC1).

| have attached my escalation email to Mr. Watt (sent March 18) for your immediate review.

This matter involves an unpermitted industrial server installation located directly below the Skytrain Operations
Control Centre. The specific violations—including a 3.1.9 Firestopping breach and an illegal "Change of Use"—
represent an active risk to critical transit infrastructure and have already resulted in a documented physical injury
(Acoustic Trauma) at the site.

Given the potential for electrical fire and the ongoing regulatory investigation by WorkSafeBC, this requires an
immediate onsite inspection.

Please confirm receipt and advise on the timeline for a municipal inspector to attend the OMC1 Control Training
Room.
