Regarding RE: CIR — Arranging supportive counselling

Attn Claim Owner

Comments The CIR program spoke with Mark Holand and we are arranging a referral for

supportive counselling under the Critical Incident Response (CIR) program. This
was in response to a referral by Jaylin Cassady, Senior Adjudicator. We will update
the claim file once the appointment has been confirmed.

With this intervention, we are offering a service that is separate to the claim. The
claims process will determine if a work-related psychological injury has occurred
during employment.

In the event this worker calls to access the CIR program, please provide them with
the toll-free answering service number to call at 1.888.922.3700 (7days a week,
9Yam-11pm).

If you have any questions, please contact Una at local 4052, Ronu at 3212, Amy at
7324, and/or Preet K. at 7323.
