Regarding RE: CIR — Supportive counselling - initial session & follow up

Attn Claim Owner

Comments An initial supportive counselling session has been coordinated for Mark Holand, in

response to the referral by Jaylin Cassady, Sr. Adjudicator. This initial intervention
will be with Amanda Sullivan, MCP, RCC, on February 17, 2026 and will address
reactions to the workplace incident. We have also authorized up to five hours of
follow up support.

We wiil attach the intervention summary report to the claim file when we process it.

If the worker’s claim is accepted for psychological injury, we will forward the invoice
for this follow-up intervention to the claim; otherwise, the cost of this intervention will
be paid through the CIR program.

With this intervention, we are offering a service that is separate to the claim. The
claims process will determine if a work-related psychological injury has occurred
during employment.

In the event this worker calls to access the CIR program, please provide them
with the toll-free answering service number to call at 1.888.922.3700 (7days a
week, 9am-11pm).

If you have any questions, please contact Una at local 4052, Ronu at 3212, Amy at
7324, and/or Preet K. at 7323.
