This initial intervention will be with Amanda Sullivan, MCP, RCC, on February 17, 2026 and will address reactions to the workplace incident. We have also authorized up to five hours of follow up support. We wiil attach the intervention summary report to the claim file when we process it. If the worker’s claim is accepted for psychological injury, we will forward the invoice for this follow-up intervention to the claim; otherwise, the cost of this intervention will be paid through the CIR program. With this intervention, we are offering a service that is separate to the claim. The claims process will determine if a work-related psychological injury has occurred during employment.
