All of this while losing a pound a week, unable to sleep, in persistent pain, raising a daughter,
and waiting for a system that has not yet responded with the urgency this situation requires.

Conclusion

| am an injured worker. | did everything right. | disclosed my vulnerability in writing before my
injury began. | filed my safety concern through official channels. | provided objective evidence. |
attended every appointment. | have never in my career filed a workplace injury claim. | have
never received a demerit in 30 years of driving.

This is not a pre-existing condition. This is a workplace injury with a documented mechanism, a
documented timeline, a documented before and after, and a documented 10db hearing loss
compared to a baseline taken four months prior.

This incident is ongoing. | am still declining. | am still waiting for the system to fulfil its obligation
to me.
