Hi Jaylin, | am writing to formally address three outstanding issues that require immediate attention. 1. WAGE LOSS BENEFITS | currently have no income. My claim was filed on January 29, 2026. Wage loss benefits under WorkSafeBC policy are not contingent on full claim adjudication — they are payable once a worker is unable to work due to a workplace injury. | have been off work since January 30, 2026, with a physician's note on file. | am formally requesting that wage loss benefits be initiated immediately and backdated to January 30, 2026. Please advise in writing why wage loss benefits have not been initiated, and under what authority they are being withheld pending claim decision. 2. REIMBURSEMENT OF HEARING TEST On January 30, 2026 | attended Amplifon Clinic Surrey, 203A-15135 101 Ave, Surrey, V3R 7Z1, and paid out of pocket for an audiometric hearing test. This test documented a 10db drop at 8khz in my left ear compared to a September 2025 WorkSafeBC baseline — direct evidence of workplace hearing damage. This test should have been ordered and funded by WorkSafeBC. | request immediate reimbursement of this cost. Receipt is available on request. 3. DELAY IN MEDICAL INVESTIGATION As of today, March 5, 2026 — 35 days after my claim was filed — WorkSafeBC has not ordered a single medical test, specialist referral, or independent audiological assessment. The January 30 hearing test was self-initiated and self-funded. 68B33 (R01/09) Page 2 of 5
