WORKING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE (continued)

A clinical opinion built on a misidentified acoustic source cannot form a valid basis
for claim adjudication.

| am requesting this clinical opinion be withdrawn and replaced with one that
correctly identifies the acoustic source and addresses the actual mechanism of
injury — sustained exposure to frequency-specific resonance from industrial server
equipment triggering tensor tympani spasm — rather than the mechanisms of
acoustic trauma and acoustic shock, neither of which | claimed.

| am pursuing an independent audiological assessment and will be submitting a
formal appeal with the Workers Advisers Office.
