We are looking forward to having you come in on Friday, March 6!

| typically arrive on site around 6:30 am so | will be able to get you situated to set up for sound
measurements. My cell # is 604 720 1147

| understand you will be arriving around 8:00 am and we will be sampling until approximately 6:00 pm. |
will be here as well when you come back to collect equipment etc.

e The Security Guards have been informed of your arrival
e Besure to bring ID
e Parking is free but may be limited
o Otherwise, there are offsite street parking nearby (see yellow highlights)
e Once you arrive, tell the guard at the gate your name and that you are visiting Jason Mayo, they will
provide you access and direction to the reception
e Once you are atthe reception, call me, then | will come down and bring you to site
