Dear Mark,

RE: Position Status Update —- Removal from Training Program and Return to Previous Position

We are writing to provide an update regarding your current position status. As you are aware, you are
currently on leave and as a result have missed a significant portion of the training required for your
current role. Unfortunately, this has placed you behind the rest of the training group and at this time
the Rail Operations Support Department does not have the availability to make up the training that
was missed.

As aresult, you will be removed from the current training group and transferred back to the Guideway
Department to your previous position as a Guideway Serviceperson. You are welcome to reapply for
the position in the future should you wish to do so.

We also understand that your leave has been extended until March 31, 2026. Upon your return, you
will resume work as a Guideway Serviceperson. Please contact the Guideway Department to
determine your hours of work and days off.
