The specific violations | am reporting are:

1. Unpermitted installation — no building, electrical, or mechanical permits on record
2. Firestopping violation — BC Building Code Section 3.1.9 — open ceiling penetration
3. Change of occupancy use without permit

4. Overloaded electrical circuits on an unpermitted installation

Photographs documenting these violations are attached. Visible screens in the

or documentation required.

This installation does not meet code. It is in an occupied training room. It requires
immediate inspection.
