Hi George,

City of Burnaby Electrical Inspector received a complaint about unpermitted electrical work in our
facility, see attached pictures. Looks like it’s in the training room. Do you happen to know if this is a
capital project work?

The inspector reached out to me because | am currently the FSR of the company. However, capital
project work is responsible for getting their own permit.
