Hi Rupert,

These racks were installed as part of the SCOT project with all work/permits approved. The racks are
used for the test environment that the trainees connect to. | would be happy to reach out the SCOT
project to produce the relevant supporting documentation.

That said, | believe the below stems from a noise complaint from a control operator trainee. There
was a concern raised about the ambient noise level (around 624dB if | recall). My understanding is
that Occ. Health already ruled against the complaint and noted the noise level was not a health
concern.

From my last discussion with Ron, we agreed to have Mike C. look into whether it was feasible to
install some noise dampening to help reduce the ambient noise without impeding the performance
of the servers.
