e [spoke with Ron, Matt, and Kevin to brief them on the situation
e emailed Arcose to thank them for passing along the message and to confirm / assure them that
the area was not staged prior to sound sampling
e Left a voicemail for Jaylin Cassady noting that | received the communication through a secondary
source and reassuring her that the sampling conditions were not staged in any way
