Based on our submissions, WorkSafeBC has decided not to accept Mark Holland’s claim as a workplace injury. We can expect formal notification letters through the WorkSafeBC portal as well as by regular mail in the coming days. Jaylin advised that the next step for Mark would be to pursue the appeal process. | will inform you immediately if | receive any related communication, and please keep an eye out in case anything is directed to you.
