is due June 5, 2026. OHS advised that
ee remains on medical leave and will be
advised to book periodical upon
receiving clearance to return to work.

Teams Meeting with LR Advisor - Navi
G. advising OHS that ee has not been
compliant with attempt to return to some
form of work and LR is of belief that CL
claim should be suspended until ee
demonstrates compliance.

advised that Occ Health and LR are of
