with OHS cc'd. LR provided deadline for
ee to re-establish communication with
company and complete medical
questionnaire by no later than 4PM
Thursday April 30.

Email from ee to LR with OHS and
Union Rep (cc'd) following receipt of
Notice to Comply letter advising he
remains under medical care. Ee noted
upcoming Physician's appointment on
Tuesday, April 28 with expectation of
completing required medical
questionnaire before April 30 deadline.
Ee noted that he will not be accepting or
engaging in phone calls from BCRTC or
Labor Relations and advised that he will
only communicate via email for admin
record purposes due to active WSBC.
Prohibited Action Investigation.
