RE: Server Room Noise Exposure Assessment

As per your request, Arcose Consulting Ltd, (Arcose) is pleased 10 submit this proposal to
conduct 'a noise exposure assessment inside the Server Room at BCRTC’s center located
at 6700 Southridge Drive, Burnaby, BC.

It is our understanding that this assessment is in response to recent noise concems raised
by a worker regarding their workspace.

14.0 SCOPE OF WORK

Based on our understanding of the project requirements for this assessment, the following
scope of work is proposed:

¢ Conduct spot measurements inside the server room using a Type 2 Sound
Level Meter, as per Part 7.3 of the British Columbia Occupational-Health
and Safely Regulations (BC OHSR).

* Conduct noise dosimetry to. evaluate the worker's expasure to-noise levels
during a standard.work shift.

¢ Prepare a noise survey map.and a written report detailing our findings and
recommendations.
