Hijason {and others},
As an FY}, City of Burnaby Inspector was by-on Thursday to meet with Rupert {Lead Engineer— Electrical, and our
FSR). No concems with installation of equipment in the room. Rupert is having a follow up meeting with the Rail
Safety Manager from TSBC (not scheduled yet) to confirm whether our internal change control processes are
robust enough to exempt us from having te pull electrical permits for the werk we nornaily do.
Have shared the above with Sany {he was informed of the initial complaint regarding non-permitted work).
