How the Three Fit Together

The Review Division Submission is the Operative appeal and stands on its own. The
Credibility Dossier and Medical Rebuttal are supporting documents —~ one aimed at
BCRTC's conduct, one at the Opinion’s clinical reasoning — that the Submission draws from
but does not fully restate. Three fact patterns appear in more than one document and should
read consistently across all three if reviewed together:

e The 1991/1992 date-scrubbing: Review Division Part II.B (procedural ground) —»
Credibility Dossier §10 and Rebuttal §10 (the CHCPBC/OIPC proceedings it
triggered),

e The medication timeline: Review Division Part IV.C -+ Rebuttal §7 (fuller clinical
framing).

© The Mar 18 same-day sequence: Review Division Part I.B/I > Credibitity Dossier
§6~7 (the Formal Notice and the Mayo->Cassady call, told as an evidence-tampering
narrative rather than a procedural ground).
