Evidence: Exhibits D & E, FOI Release / “The Name-and Address Shell Game" submission, pp. 3~4. Neither of these addresses matches OMC1's true-address, and they do not match each other. The worker submits that this is not the pattern one would expect froma single clerical slip — a genuine.typo tends to repeat or to be trivially close to the truth. Here, BCRTC produced two separate incorrect addresses for the same physical room within 24 hours. Because municipal permit records are indexed toa specific legal address, this practice had.the practical effect of disconnecting any consultant's or investigator's paper trail fram OMC1's actual (and, on the current record, non-existent) permit history. 4, Photographic Corroboration — The Same Room, Despite the Paper Trail Independently of the written record in Section 3, photographic evidence confirms that Arcose's consultants were physically present in the real OMC1 Training.Room — the same room the worker occupied — regardless of the false addresses BCRTC provided to them in writing. The worker's own photograph of Workstation 3, taken from inside the training room, shows a distinctive vertical sliver of daylight visible through a narrow gap at the edge of the window blinds behind the server racks. A photograph associated with Arcose's own site work shows the identical sliver of light, in the same position, relative to the same rack and. window — confirming both photographs were taken in the same physical space. Photograph 1 — Mark Holand’s photograph of Workstation 2, OMC Training Room. Note the vertical sliver of daylight visible through the gap at the edge of the window blinds, upper right. 000287 anemia A
