Reasons: I wish to speak with a Review Officer during an oral hearing to directly address critical
procedural irregularities and a complete failure of administrative faimess regarding the
adjudication of Claim #42647461. Specifically, an oral dialogue is necessary to review
the system's discrepancy regarding the official decision date, which severely impacted
my statutory review timeline. Furthermore, | need to address the fact that the employer
was granted premature visibility into the claim's Status, allowing them to initiate adverse
employment actions against me before | was formally notified of the denial on March
23, 2026. An oral review is also required to address complex, localized physical and
technical evidence that the Clinical Opinion entirely omitted. This includes my independent
acoustic telemetry capturing a 328 Hz directional resonance spike, the unpermitted physical
