Further to my email below, | see there are notes to say that “patient attributes many of
their symptoms to a noisy work environment and unfair treatment by their employer,
including an alleged demotion.” Can you provide details of any workplace incidents that
may have occurred around the time Mark ceased work, including details of the alleged
demotion?
