Attached is the letter that Mark was issued on May 1* for which the May 8th deadline has lapsed. In a subsequent email, Our Director of Labour Relations advised Mark along with his Union Representative that he has been given until June 3° to provide the completed follow-up medical questionnaire to Occ Health. Until that time, he remains classified as Absent Without Leave (AWOL). Mark has maintained that is absence is medically justified and directly tied to a workplace injury that occurred on January 23. He advised us of upcoming specialist appointments with two ENT’s on May 27 and July 16 respectively. Thank you, ADEBAYO ADENEKAN, DPhty., B.Kin (Pronounced “Aday-Bio?)
