Hi Bayo,

As of today, we have not received the medial information we requested form the doctor
on May 11, 2026. We will perform our usual follow ups for the medical and, if it still
remains outstanding, provide a final deadline to receive it. At this time, we cannot
suspend the Canada Life claim as we have not made a decision on it. We need the
outstanding medical in order to move forward with our decision. | will update you
regarding the claim status if we receive the medical and/or if it comes to setting a final
deadline for receiving it.
